In the city of Gampaha lies the factory in which special handmade musical instruments are made, including violins, violas and cellos.
Company was started in 1996 as a musical instrument company mainly focusing on handmade violins. The workers were trained by highly-skilled German and Czechoslovakian technicians as making these instruments is a highly specialized task. Violins are made only using high quality wood such as maple and spruce imported from Germany. During the making, each process is carefully examined to get high quality end product according to international standards, known as Stradivarius measurements.
